This review is not against the location but against Uhaul as a company! Uhaul has built processes and systems around the ease and convenience of the company rather than the ease and convenience of the customer!!!! For the convenience of Uhaul, I had to pickup from a particular location rather than my chosen location, for the convenience of Uhaul, I had to download an app, for the convenience of Uhaul I had to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use the app to pickup my truck. For the convenience of Uhaul, I spent another 20 minutes taking pictures when I returned the truck. I am the customer. I am the one paying Uhaul, but Uhaul seems to have forgotten that! I am done with Uhaul!

While the truck was 1 1/2 hours late in being ready for me i was still able to get my move done. I will continue to use u-haul and T Town was close. When my kid moves once again in a few years I will call you back up.

JENNIFER WThe truck was in bad condition. Very bouncy driving and lots of cosmetic damage on the outside. Did not feel safe driving , luckily it was not a far drive. I also had to do the online self check in twice because someone from uhual called me and talked me into changing the location pickup which I later regretted because it was more a headache than just doing what I previously scheduled.
