We were surprised that the truck was so clean and new. A nice and welcomed surprise. There was a lot of road noise with it and we couldn't get the Bluetooth to connect, but other than that, very happy with the experience.

Everything worked really well no issues.
ERIC GI returned the trailer as instructed and the next morning got harassed by UHaul about not returning their trailer. Also the trailer I rented has a shoddy repair job in the deck inside - this wasn't a reflection of the Location but a reflection on UHaul not actually fixing the floor panel.
JAMES MIt was a little difficult to find the office when I first pulled up but, the gentleman that helped me was amazingly friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely will use this location for all my rental needs in the future!
LARRY LVehicle front end shook uncontrollably for 1100 miles across the country and consistently pulled to the left. Cracks in the windshield prior to rental. Burn marks in seats. Worst uhaul truck I've ever rented. Glad to get to my destination in one piece and couldn't have been happier to get rid of this truck. Hoping for some sort of refund on the full rate...super disappointed
