The people in Waco Texas Wrote up a false contact that they want me to pay for. When I got a contract out of Colorado and already paid for the trailer. The lady in Texas also hung up on me because I told her she wasn’t listening to me.

We were surprised that the truck was so clean and new. A nice and welcomed surprise. There was a lot of road noise with it and we couldn't get the Bluetooth to connect, but other than that, very happy with the experience.

ERIC GI returned the trailer as instructed and the next morning got harassed by UHaul about not returning their trailer. Also the trailer I rented has a shoddy repair job in the deck inside - this wasn't a reflection of the Location but a reflection on UHaul not actually fixing the floor panel.
JAMES MIt was a little difficult to find the office when I first pulled up but, the gentleman that helped me was amazingly friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely will use this location for all my rental needs in the future!
