I was yelled at this place to pick up the rental truck. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I definitely would not pick the third party location for rental truck pick up for the future.

The TD workers were very accommodating, the 'office' was hot and cramped......while the entire pick up 'experience' - 105 minute phone call in 94F heat - was AWFUL.

AZAMAT IThe app did not work and it took me an extra 2hrs to pickup this uhaul. Completely ruined the entire rental experience and moving plans. No, this was not user error or my phones issue this was a back end issue with the uhaul app. Had to call 4 different times to finally get someone on the phone who could reset things and get my pickup to come through. Woman at storage also told me what a nightmare the app has been for people lately. Fix this shit and please i will be requesting a refund

Sudarshan RAbsolutely could not get the online app to work for check-in. Finally the attendant suggested I cancel my reservation so that she could rent it to me directly. Then when I returned the vehicle it also would not let me do that via the app or web page.
