The truck, the rental location, and the staff were all great. My issues were with the app/website at pick up and drop off. When I was picking up the Uhaul system crashed and when I was dropping off the app told me I needed to connect to the WiFi of the rental company, but it was a day they were closed and the WiFi was seemingly unavailable. My only complaint has more to do with the system/app and nothing at all to do with the truck or the staff. The rental rate was fair and I would definitely rent from here again.
Bradley BThere was no personal as we dropped it off after hours, but I do love the ample parking, we were able to pull yhe 15ft truck and toy hauler straight in which made marking so easy.
ANYSSA DThe safety chains were not placed on or shown to me to place on the jeep we drove over 2,000 miles that way until we went to return it and they saw it we are lucky to be alive
