Insane! I signed up online my total came to 75.00 then I go and check out and total over 200.00 . Will not re t from U-Haul again. The kicker was I only drove 20 miles total.

Dennis ZThe truck, the rental location, and the staff were all great. My issues were with the app/website at pick up and drop off. When I was picking up the Uhaul system crashed and when I was dropping off the app told me I needed to connect to the WiFi of the rental company, but it was a day they were closed and the WiFi was seemingly unavailable. My only complaint has more to do with the system/app and nothing at all to do with the truck or the staff. The rental rate was fair and I would definitely rent from here again.
Bradley BThere was no personal as we dropped it off after hours, but I do love the ample parking, we were able to pull yhe 15ft truck and toy hauler straight in which made marking so easy.
