There was no personal as we dropped it off after hours, but I do love the ample parking, we were able to pull yhe 15ft truck and toy hauler straight in which made marking so easy.

The safety chains were not placed on or shown to me to place on the jeep we drove over 2,000 miles that way until we went to return it and they saw it we are lucky to be alive
