Competed check in. There was no counter to receive key. Waited for 30 mins for someone to come get key out of lock box. Once I got the key truck won’t start.

Well for one the truck only had a half tank of gas when we got it. Also the pick up location was in a random house with just a couch in it for us to do the transaction. The truck had been stored in a field and it later broke down due to electrical issues from rats chewing on the wires. We then sat on the side oh the highway for 4 hours and then sat in a parking lot for another 4 until u haul could get us a hotel. Also u haul put me, my boyfriend and our two pets in a sketchy hotel.
