I was quoted one prices then hella charges came out of nowhere when it was time to pay. The truck was not maintained properly under the hood or in the cab. Also the first reservation I made at a different location said it was open when it in fact was not. I wasted so much time of my day trying to get a truck when U-Haul says it will be “quick and easy” online.

The truck jerked the entire time while I had it. It seemed as if it was going to cut off while in traffic. It was very difficult and extremely stressful especially when trying to move and get things done while you have helpers moving you.

Sedarius BMy truck did not have the equipment I paid for (ex. Dollys) and the owner was not familiar with how to properly hook up my car to the trailer. The straps came off twice and luckily we happened to be getting gas when we noticed it, otherwise my car could have fallen off while driving. We ended up returning the trailer early and unhooking my car for a safer drive & arrival.
Ashley TActually inspect vehicle for cleanliness between customers. Move locks on the same side as the trucks. They are not easy to find. Be transparent about taxes and fees upfront, so customer is not surprised by final bill.
