Whoever's managing this area please fire them. At 40 years of age I've never seen anything like it. We try to return the truck around 9:00 p.m. when we get to the location on maps it says you're here. You're standing in pitch blackness in an industrial area that has zero lighting. We ran into parked cars walking around. I have a bruise / hematogen on my calf because of The complete lack of any lighting whatsoever. It was so dark, that we had to drive to a store and buy flashlights. And then came back and scoured the block slash industrial area for your U-Haul center. After finding a sign on a fence and in the dark, we narrow it down to two giant industrial buildings, again pitch black. after wandering around the block for a good 15-20 minutes we finally found the U-Haul sign on the building that's about 3x3 ft², again pitch black. We can go to drop the key off and it says to finish all your stuff on your app first. do you have any idea how hard it is to take pictures of a truck in complete pitch blackness? we had to use our flashlights to light everything up to take the pictures. and then even turn on the truck to light up the dash so we could take the pictures. There is not even a light at the sign or above the Dropbox. Other than not being able to find the place, a person's safety at night time dropping off this truck would be in huge jeopardy. This is where a thug would hang out to rob somebody in complete pitch blackness when returning their truck. Completely unsafe!!!!!!!!! Unbelievably unprofessional..... I would attempt to get a refund, but a company as unprofessional as this wouldn't bother and I'm not even going to waste More time on you guys than I've had sending you this message. Good riddance.

Supper expensive the check oil light was on and the guy just reset it. Gave me no confidence for the drive. I wasn't able to return it @10 am but a few hours later not even a day later and it was an extra $57 on top of that. Blew all my money on this truck thinking I'm going to save money I would have been better off paying movers for the amount . Wouldn't have to worry about all these extra fees and worry if the truck will make it or not

This entire experience was terrible, and I'll probably never recommend this service to a friend or use it again myself. The people running this place don't know what they're doing and are hostile and rude as I've ever encountered. Seriously this place is a problem. Not only that but the dude was malicious and tried to charge my card more once it was already on the account. Terrible experience, never reccomending.

Both employees there were rude and put out when I asked them to come check truck in, so I didn't have unexpected charges. He told me to just go park it and they don't check them in. Upon convincing he did come out with an attitude and look at it.

Very shady return location. Got charged a cleaning fee for couple pieces of paper in cargo area so better make sure to power wash it and also take your shoes off before getting in cab. Some foot prints from the dirt parking lot I returned the rental to was enough to say it was dirty. In a nut shell better make sure it is cleaner than you got it. Or you get bent over. I will be using Budget next time.

Get them equipment that functions properly -- The fill tube for the my truck had something wrong w it -- it wouldn't take gas @ more than a trickle -- total PITA, I timed it once, it took me 12 minutes to pump 26 gallons of gas ... I was on a sched so I dfidfn't have time to mess w roadside service.

The national U-haul office told me equipment I needed was returned damaged so I couldn't rent it, but they said that someone "came in the night and took it." Seems like both were lying and they were just unprepared, despite my 2 weeks in advance reservation.

Absolutely unhelpful. Did not listen to my explanation of a mix up of fuel level at check in and did not provide a receipt just told me to check my email. U haul should not use this location as a vendor

My return was delayed by a few hours by an unexpected snowstorm. They were understanding and did not charge the extra fee.. I appreciate their understanding and commitment to customer service. A great group of capable gentlemen.

It is a very good local repair shop. Locally-owned. The only obvious indication that it is a U-Haul location is a banner on the front gate. The staff is polite and gives very good customer service, but it is an auto shop in a barn with many customer vehicles crowded in the front area waiting to be repaired.

TAG was amazing. However, my reservation was for the main location on Huntington and no one called to notify me of the change in pick up location. No one asked if this was acceptable, nothing.

We dropped off the trailer at a pre-approved time, but they were unavailable to check it in. Instead, they checked us in 3 days later and charged us for all that time. Also the emailed receipt had an email address to ask questions, and that email does not work.

The truck was ready and since it was cold outside, the owner of TAG Automotive even started the engine and ran the defroster. That was pretty cool. It would be good to have an idea of average gas mileage, to know how much gas might be needed (or to let the customer decide).

I was confirmed for a 1t5 foot truck. Only 10 foot was available.me to find out this happens a lot. Will use Penske and Home Depot in the future. This was totally unacceptable.P:eople apologized and were great.

The guys at Tag Automotive were very helpful. The pickup and return were easy, although it is slightly out of the way. The truck was in good condition, and I liked having a full tank of gas on pickup, as it takes the guess work out of filling it up for return. 5 stars.

We were sent to 3 different places, the first placed called to tell me the day before that we wouldn't be able to get our uhaul until the day after it was reserved, even though I had reserved it nearly a month ahead of time. They told me that there were no other trucks to rent in Flagstaff but my husband was able to get online and find another one. We then went to pick up the other truck but brake fluid was leaking, so we were sent to a 3rd location to get a truck. This truck got us to phoenix but when we went to return it, we were given the wrong paperwork. The lack of proper communication has been horrendous. I requested that the manager call me back from the first place we had our reservation but she never did. Overall, a complete lack of customer service.

I wish the leasing agent would have directed me to a regular U-Haul facility which was only a mile or so up the road. This automotive shop was back a dirt road in a run down industrial area and was hard to find. I called the guy answering the phone was not overly helpful!

They forgot my 12 blankets. And the place was dirty and smelled. There was no locks and other supplies. I had to drive to the local walmart to get a lock and supplies.

Hard to improve on them. I called them up at the last minute after Budget totally dropped the ball and I needed a bigger truck. They rounded up a truck and a car-towing trailer on short notice, got me out the door in 30 minutes, everything worked great. Tag's is awesome!

Gas tank was half full when I picked it up. I returned it half full. But I was charged $15.00 for gas and $30 for refueling charge - an extra $45.00. If U-Haul would rent trucks with a full tank of gas it would be MUCH easier to return them with a full tank. I will not rent from U-Haul again.

This is a small automotive repair shop. This allowed me to have a professional reconnect my drive line that was necessarily disconnected for towing on your car-dolly. INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT,,, and they were very helpful and efficient.
