There should be a mandate of picking up with a full tank and returning with a full tank. When I picked up it was so low I has to get gas right away which was very inconvenient. It would also take the guesswork out of trying to find it right amount of fuel to return at the same level. Also a back up alarm would be nice on a unit that big for safety reasons

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDude working there was friendly and helpful
DWIGHT ZI had to do this remotely due to an imminent evacuation. This location handled everything very smoothly and we addressed my payment through an online method and some texts.
Bruce HThey did not tell us that our drop off location had changed.not helpful or communicative. The truck only had 72 miles of gas in it. When moving the first thing you dont want to do is fill up . Surely a better business practice would be to have a full gas tank
