I was nervouse about my move and then there was the fact that I chose I very busy weekend to move. Despite all that my love went over smoothly and the customer service was excellent. I am very happy in my new home and especially happy that the U-Haul rep went above and beyond to help make it that way.Greta T.

I selected the 24/7 truck Option so we could get the truck early. The pickup was really confusing. I told the lady at the register I had a uhual reservation and she handed us the key and walked away. Didn't get payment or anything so I had to call and have them dispatch the truck. We also didn't get dollies or furniture pads but Im not sure if this location just doesn't offer them maybeElijah H.

The guy that was working there sat on his cell phone while I waited at the counter for him to even come help me for 5 min then when he finally saw me I told him that I had a reservation and he told me that he didn't know anything about uhaul. I sat there for another 30 min trying to find out how to get my rental and he handed me the store phone and said to talk to uhaul because he just works there and no one knew how to handle uhaul. The key box was in a puddle of water and mud and you had to walk threw 3 feet of mud to get to the uhaul.It was very frustrating and he was very rude. When I returned the uhaul I went to give the same man the keys and he asked why I was giving them to him. I Informed him that there wasn't a drop box like I had been told to put the keys in and he told me that it was not his responsibility to deal with that. The store was filthy and the man working the counter I don't think even cares about customer service he spent more time texting and on face book on his phone then he wanted to deal with customers. I could see him on Facebook threw the glass counter. I have already told several people to look else where for rentals due to the stores way of doing business.Justin C.
