CANDI HThat truck needs a thorough cleaning. It's filthy in the inside, the steering wheel the door handles the seat belts they're all sticky, oily and dirty. It smells, and you cannot use the AC because of the unbearable odor blowing in your face

Armisha HThe place wasn’t open during operation hours. I didn’t know what to do until I called uhaul customer service. I would not have been able to return if uhaul didn’t have mobile return. This location doesn’t honor their business hours left people in a state of confusion.
Key GGetting the truck in and out from parking can be a little difficult, luckily when I was returning it someone was there and allowed me to park in a more open area rather than in one of the parking spots that were cramped.

Penelope WThe brakes on the truck weren't stopping good. I tried to return it back on Friday. I couldn't get intouch with no one. I had to get other people to finish moving me. So not a good experience at all this time but you all took my money like it was the best. I would like to speak with a manager about this entire ordeal.

Tyrone WWhen I went to pick up my vehicle I was told my vehicle is in front so the wrong truck was parked in the front then I located the correct 26 feet truck and I had to move the dumpster to get the truck out and get guided out to get past the wrong 26 foot truck it put my schedule way behind
London GDidn’t receive code til after an hour I had to call uhaul customer service to receive my code to get the truck
Perrie tTruck was below a 1/4th tank was told to just take a picture and it would be ok but was still charged a gas fee even though it was put back the way it was. Have pictures to prove it. Vehicle was dirty all throughout and then when I was supposed to return the key the guy said it was ok to just put in the box and he would waive the fee because the app was not loading the location to verify. Will never be using this location again and advise others to avoid as well and if you do go do not trust or believe anything the workers and manager there says.
