The only concern is that the location didn't open until 9am meanwhile my reservation was scheduled for 8am. Other than that, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Good experience.

Perrie tynesTruck was below a 1/4th tank was told to just take a picture and it would be ok but was still charged a gas fee even though it was put back the way it was. Have pictures to prove it. Vehicle was dirty all throughout and then when I was supposed to return the key the guy said it was ok to just put in the box and he would waive the fee because the app was not loading the location to verify. Will never be using this location again and advise others to avoid as well and if you do go do not trust or believe anything the workers and manager there says.

The guy was like oh well ain’t nothing we can do about that! People don’t bring them back so what you want me to do. I tried to do my mobile check on and I couldn’t do it so I had to go in. Office smelled bad when I went in.

But the reason for the poor rating is when I returned the truck the employee that checked the truck in tried to charge me for damages and did not discuss anything with me. The pictures he took did not even show any damage. Even the customer service person for Uhaul stated she could not see any damage based on the photos. Not cool to try and mess with someone’s money with out even notifying them.

Kilo JordanThere’s nothing wrong with the location over all. The truck itself is no good. It had the check engine light on from the time I got it. Then on the highway it started smelling like smoke and the lights of a 🔧 spanner came on . The truck would not go into reverse then it just died. I had other things to do and was unable to get them done for the day. I spoke with someone and was told that they would reach out to me as I requested a full refund for the truck which was not in workable condition. I’m still waiting for someone to call me about my refund. Thank you.

Warren CarterBest location in the area. The customer service is fantastic(!!!), small selection, but good. Attached to an automotive service center, so it’s not a “nice looking” location, but again… it is the best overall for the area.

Crystal FrasierThe particular company would not answer the phone and the people from 1-800-YOU-HAUL weren’t able to help me which I understand. The vehicle did not have a working A\C and the lack of being able to contact them I was forced to drive in the heat of Atlanta with no A/C which is very dangerous for me because I overheat easily. I wouldn’t recommend simply because of the lack of communication and the vehicle not being maintenance properly. Sensors were off as well.
