Second time I had to completely change plans due to my pickup location changing at the last minute and zero notifications concerning remote pickup. Also truck size changes I didn't ask for. Will probably not be using Uhaul again.

I was supposed to pick up the truck at a uhaul location. I was texted the day prior changing the location. I assumed the text was just a confirmation, my mistake for not looking closer. The pick-up location wasn't far but the process was much more difficult and I wasn't prepared.
