I was supposed to pick up the truck at a uhaul location. I was texted the day prior changing the location. I assumed the text was just a confirmation, my mistake for not looking closer. The pick-up location wasn't far but the process was much more difficult and I wasn't prepared.

The truck was dirty and the truck was on E. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition.
