DONALD BBoth drop off’s were after the store hours - not a problem I had bad WiFi service there and had to call customer service for key drop off directions- it all worked out, but the store should know to upgrade their WiFi system

Michael Si went to orginal drop off and couldnt take it as no room. BS...i had to drive 3 miles and drop of at another place. So this place is desolate. walked around for 5 to 10 minutes to find anyone and this guy was clueless...just drop it there.. .i am like you dont want to look at it if all is ok...no...its fine and thats that. you wasted more of my time which shouldnt be on a small deal
Adam GService at Agway was excellent. I wish the van had a backup alarm and maybe a back up camera. Manhattan parking isn’t the easiest.
DAVID GI got charged $150 more at destination because mileage was over.. which we did a lot of detouring on the way to New York could not go on most streets out there so next time add more mileage for someone going across country like that .. that way there's no surprise charges when we return the truck

CINDY LI was nervous upon the return as the lighting in the yard was very low and dislodging the trailer, chains , safety clips etc became difficult. Having my truck running and being in an unfamiliar yard under the truck was concerning but not a big deal since I had protection. The operation is professional and organized. Staff 👍
mark sThe truck’s alignment was off and wheels out of balance making driving in a straight line difficult. Other than test driving at highway speed, this is obvious with position of steering wheel when wheels are in a straight forward position. Driving on a particularly windy day could be dangerous. I got my job done, and the people at the U haul were very courteous and professional. I am adding this comment simply out of helplessness.
pat OThe hand truck that we did not want, request or need was blocking one side of the cargo entrance. We specifically got this large truck because we had very large items to move, and we were obliged to lift the largest and heaviest of them over a hand truck zip tied in our way to avoid incurring an extra fee. This is a perplexing and extremely inconvenient feature.
Joshua TI rented a full size Chevrolet Van and although the exterior was clean the interior was a mess. It's kind of understandable though as it is a Cargo/Work Truck and not a passenger car.
