Everything was great at this location—the issue I experienced was actually with another branch. I had called ahead requesting a trailer and was told it was not available, even though the website showed it as available and the toll-free customer service representative confirmed the same. When I spoke with the staff onsite at the Holtsville location, they insisted they did not have it, despite the conflicting information. As a result, I had to drive an additional 20 miles to the next closest location. Oh, the kicker was that it was there employee just didn't want to help me. Thankfully, that second location was excellent—efficient, helpful, and deserving of 5 stars. I just hope the inventory systems and communication can be better aligned in the future to avoid situations like this.
