Service at Agway was excellent. I wish the van had a backup alarm and maybe a back up camera. Manhattan parking isn't the easiest.

I got charged $150 more at destination because mileage was over.. which we did a lot of detouring on the way to New York could not go on most streets out there so next time add more mileage for someone going across country like that .. that way there's no surprise charges when we return the truck

CINDY L.I was nervous upon the return as the lighting in the yard was very low and dislodging the trailer, chains , safety clips etc became difficult. Having my truck running and being in an unfamiliar yard under the truck was concerning but not a big deal since I had protection. The operation is professional and organized. Staff 👍
mark S.The truck's alignment was off and wheels out of balance making driving in a straight line difficult. Other than test driving at highway speed, this is obvious with position of steering wheel when wheels are in a straight forward position. Driving on a particularly windy day could be dangerous. I got my job done, and the people at the U haul were very courteous and professional. I am adding this comment simply out of helplessness.
