Casey BotkinSame as above. I will say the guy was much friendlier. The location was a small quansit hut which belonged to a hoarder. I not sure they ever intend for anyone to go in to the office. My biggest complaint is on U/Haul in general. It is clearly marked on all of the trailers “Speed Limit 55mph”. When traveling on an interstates with a speed limit of 75mph the vehicle with a trailer traveling 55mph becomes a danger to on the interstate.. 55mph should be removed from all trailers and a reasonable speed limit should identified and placed on the trailers. 55mph is unreasonable, unrealistic and dangerous.
James Barclaythe owner was rude when I spoke to him on the phone the morning aI was dropping the trailer off I made the comment that they did not open till 9am, after he thought he had finished talking and he thought he had had hung up he mocked me to someone else on his end of the conversation his wife I think. It was childish and unacceptable behavior, in addition there was no one at the shop to receive the trailer when it was suppose to be open at 9am. Its probably a good thing because there would have been a confrontation! I n addition the contact number on my contract was either wrong or went unanswered, so I looked up additional contact numbers the evening before to find out what time they opened these also went unanswered, these are people who will cost uhaul money, I would not use them if they were the only option in town!

Nathan HancockConsidering the rental location was changed from the one closest to me -Longmont to Berthoud. Was not happy about that but the one in Berthoud was very helpful and had the truck needed. Truck under 60 mph was very bumpy but if maintained at 60, the ride was smoother.

Peggy KamphausIt was a father & son operation. The father hooked up the trailer. The son did the paperwork. The father was rude, condescending, insulting & grumpy. He thought I should know what kind of hook up cable I have. Part of it had been worn away & he said it needed to be replaced. When I took the trailer to drop off they said my cable was fine. The son was better but had an attitude & wasn’t respectful. I would only go back there if there was no other place within 50 miles to rent.

Erin AmbrosioWe called on Memorial day to see if he was open to drop off the trailer early. He was not open, but he answered the phone anyway. He said we could drop it off as he has security cameras to monitor his location, and he simply asked me to park it on his location "but not on the street, please". And that was great. It was an easy in and out and I appreciated that he answered my call on his day off. THANK YOU!

Tina SmithUhaul is horrible. I do not believe i will every use you all again. My location was switched from 1 miles way to 15 miles a few days before my move, wasting extra time and gas money. I could not get the truck from my phone at 630am on a very strict schedule. I had to call customer service and waited 55 MINUTES before an answer. Thankfully i did not let the customer service representative hang up in case i couldn’t get the keys. I couldn’t get the keys because there was no lock box on the truck. The truck squeaked horribly the entire drive and shook uncontrollably at any speed, damaging a lot of my neatly packed items. Cannot believe how horrible the experience was and wasn’t offered some type of discount for screwing me and my time over.
