This was the cleanest uhaul I have ever rented. The store owner was very helpful with the process to obtain the key to the truck. Good experience at this location. It was my first time using this location but will use it again.

The drop off location on my contract was incorrect and not opened on Saturday. I had to contact the Raleigh pick up location to figure it out. They were the one who gave me the (should’ve been return location). It was a big error on your part and caused timing problems
RON KThe issue I had was the selection of this location to return my rental. It was 33 miles from my original destination when there were so many other locations available in Lancaster itself. It took about 50 minutes to get there when it would have easily been half that with availability within Lancaster.

MARGARITA DI’m not the most tech savvy person so having to maneuver this transaction from a mobile app was not the most pleasant experience , especially when there was an attendant on location. 🙁
joseph STruck had no gas. I reserved a dolly and he did not have one. The truck was parked in a muddy lot. Just not the experience I had been used to with U-Haul
