tom CThe business, though it said is should be open, was NOT! We arrived at 10:20 on Monday morning, the 21st, to find it closed! The hours posted were from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. After calling UHaul Customer Service, Erica helped us by allowing us to just drop off the truck and leave the keys in the drop box without being charged the dropoff fee.

Jose SThe location for pickup was changed to a place further than requested choosing more miles. I traveled 148 miles and the system showed 195, I have pics of the tank being left on full and the receipt claims it was less. I'm owed a partial refund for these reasons.

Thomas CThe couple who runs this store is wonderful and good friends to me. The Chevy Silverado is not a good moving vehicle, it's too big for appearances than it needs to be. The truck is too high for loading heavy objects, the passenger space is full of plastic gimmicks when it could have room for 3 people. An ordinary rental car would have been better.
Robert RI had to drop off after hours. They tried to call me a few times but I wasn’t able to answer. They sent a text that I hadn’t turned the trailer in and I would be charged. I turned it in four days before they texted me. I finally got in touch with them. They went outside to look and it was there. I found this to be weird and disappointing that they wouldn’t walk out the door to see if the trailer was there. I know now not to take back after hours if I can help it at this location. They were nice on the phone and I appreciated that.

Delicate TThe computer interface used to register the customer has some serious problems. It took quite a while for the proprietors to get my information entered into the computer as the UHaul registration system was either not intuitive for them to operate, or was giving them a hard time and not letting them enter the basic information into the system. This caused quite a delay. This is our second rental of Uhaul equipment and both times we have had a substantial delay due to the proprietor's difficulty in entering our information into the UHaul computer system. Either the system interface needs to be changed, or the proprietors need more training in using the system, or both.

michelle mOur drop off location was changed without our knowledge or approval. We had to go 20 minutes out of our way to drop off. However, there was staff there after hours who were very helpful.
Steve AThe truck we reserved was given to someone else. Absolutely unacceptable business practices to guarantee a reservation but not actually do it. Then we were forced to rent a larger truck and pay a higher rate. Will never use uhaul again as I cannot count on their guarantee (which is false language because they did not follow through with the reservation I had made). Very disappointed.
ELIZABETH SFirst of all, my original reservation was to pick up my U-Haul in Hickory. I called the Street Source Auto, LLC in Hickory and I was informed that my reservation was moved to Hudson, the location above. I was not notified prior to the day that I was to pick up the U-Haul. I am thankful that I called instead of going there which would have been a wasted trip!
