The vehicle drove well and was overall in very good condition. The only problem I had was with the air conditioner. A very strong smell of cigarettes came out when I turned the A/C on. Although I know you cannot control all drivers of your vehicles, the smell was so strong it wasn't the result of one or two drivers. Please try to do a better job of cleaning your air filters in the future.Payam S.

Their door was closed while I was arranged to drop at this location. Later I found that they charged me for fuel while I had put extra fuel before returning. UNFAIR!Farid D.
Used the mobile app to pick up my truck. Orginally the wrong truck was associated with my account so I was unable to go through the check in process. I had to call customer service and be transferred three times before someone was able to assist. Finally got the truck about 30 minutes after the scheduled time. I had also ordered moving pads in my order and they were not in the truck upon pick-up.Meghan T.

Pulled up to drop off the truck, door locked nobody around but could here people inside. A little car pulled up and honked horn by the roll up door and roll up door opened and a guy came out to work on this persons car and then asked us if we needed to drop off the rental truck. Said yes and then he got on his cell phone out with the truck key in hand and said we were good to go and U-Haul would email me. I asked if I could get a confirmation that we at least dropped if off in good condition and he said no U-Haul would email me the confirmation because he couldn't print anything on the transaction. Very unprofessional in a very sketchy neighborhood.David C.
