How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy biggest issue is that this facility is under staffed. I tried to contact them by phone for over a week to no avail. Even when leaving messages with the UHaul call center, no one ever called me back. The one service I needed could not be offered in any kind of timely manner. Besides that, it seems my stuff is in good condition and the facility delivered on what they advertised. They just need either more people or better management.

I WAS CONCERNED MY THINGS WOULDNT FIT THAT UNIT~ so I rep called the 8x10 and opened a NEW reservation for 10x10 unit, which I AM using.
