I booked my truck at a main U-Haul location and then the next day when the confirmation was sent, it was for a furniture store 5 miles away. It was clear they had me go to this location to give it sales, as there was no other reason when I signed up for mobile checking. The worst part of that was, I literally passed 2 different U-Haul locations with at least 20 trucks each to get to a FURNITURE STORE that barely had the one. It wasn't the size I ordered, they had no idea how to use the system and it took over 45 mins to get me my truck. Then it literally had TWO miles until the gas tank was empty. The engine ran so rough I wanted to just get out and leave it. Not a good experience and I'm not interested in U-Haul anymore.
