There needs to be posted instructions on how to leave a vehicle if no one is there during day working hours. I arrived midday, waited for someone to arrive and no one ever did. No one answered the phone. No one responded to text. Bad experience. Almost missed a flight.Blaine M.
When I went to pick up the U-Haul there was no gas in the tank. This was a huge inconvenience because the last we needed to do was to pick up a U-Haul on low fuel. Additionally, I did the self pick up and when doing so all the photos were old. I had to take new pictures to show the updated damages.Haley D.

The agent was disorganized , she never called to confirm and I was told the truck that I reserved was not available at the time pick up and she told me to use a bigger truck that I did not reserve ! Worst experience ! When I asked he to add authorized driver she said I. Don't need to add one because I have car insurance ! Though the contract explicitly says otherwise ! The vehicle was not ready at the time of pick up and created delay and additional payment of $120 on my moving and loading contract ! The gas price is higher because I used the bigger truck that I did not reserve ! I need compensation ! I will never recommend this office to a friend !Yonas H.
This location needs better staff ASAP. When I arrived at the location the office stunk of Marijuana. The woman who attended me was on her computer and talking on the phone the entire time she took my information. She was asking for my information as she was talking to someone else which I found confusing because at tines I didn't know if she was talking to me or her friend. I needed to add a couple of furniture dollies and ask about a mattress blanket/cover. I wanted to use the $28 insurance for my move since in the past I hadn't used it but I wasn't given a choice and she just gave me the $14 insurance. I always like to make sure I give the keys back to someone in person rather than drop box but no one was in the office in the middle of the day. I waited there from 10am-11am as I kept calling. She finally called my girlfriend's number back just to say she was busy very rudely from a different number which was weird. I love uhaul but I would never come back to uhaul if it had to be this location where the staff is high off of Marijuana during work and can't properly interact with the customer.JEFFREY R.

Unfortunately, this location is on the 3rd floor of an office building and is not staffed all the time. When i went there at 12p (noon), the door was lock and no one was there. I had to make a few calls to get in the facility to get my truck. Not good. Also, I rented this truck many weeks in advance and had reserved 24 furniture pads and an appliance dolly. They did not have the pads. That is ridiculous. If you reserve pads, they should be there when you get your truck. We called around to a bunch of UHaul locations, but no luck. I had to have pads so i ended up buying $200 worth of pads from Lowes. Pissed me off. That is something you need to fix. I've been a long time UHaul customer, but this is the kind of stuff that makes you find another vendor.STEPHEN W.
Please stop sending me to random â€œuhaul pick upâ€ centers which are really strange business in bad parts of town. I guess anyone can't sign up to be a uhaul center no matter what your business is. My last two pick ups have been very disappointing. Please up your game uhaul. This is ridiculous.HILARY P.

There are no signs indicating where the trucks are located. There is just a banner on a fence where the keys are, nothing that points to that section either. I received instructions to go to the office at time of check in but it was closed. The online check in did not work. The check in and check out process through the app had issues and I was not able to complete neither.Eugenio H.
There were no instructions on how to pick up the truck and no one on scene to contact. Further, the truck was filthy. There was food and drink trash in the cab and trash in the back. We had to clean up all the trash and sweep before we could load.Mike P.
Better instructions needed to location drop box for keys. I went inside building and to the suite # on the third floor but there was no drop box near suite or anywhere by building or first floor. Finally found the drop box away from the building on wood fence. Some guidance would have been helpful.GENE C.

Employee was unenthusiastic, aloof, and unprofessional. She was not wearing any sort of badge or UHaul branding on her clothes. If it weren't for her calling me that morning, I would not have known that she worked there and she was the person I was supposed to be meeting with. The rental pick up was in the back of an office building, and there was no specification on the pick up instructions where to meet the employee. The address has a suite number, but the expectation was that I was somehow supposed to know to meet at the back ally way of the building... The UHaul pick up area did not have any signs to direct customers from the front of the building to go to the pick up area. If I did not call the employee, I would not have known where to go.The employee also did all my truck rental transactions through what seemed to be her personal cell phone. I was a bit hesitant giving her my personal information and credit card information seeing how unprofessional out encounter was, but I felt like I had no other choice. There were no other employees around, nor any other sort of receipt of our encounter. I felt like I gave away my personal information to some random lady behind an ally way in exchange for a truck. Most unprofessional and shady feeling experience with UHaul in my years of using UHaul. Please do better.Nina N.

Pick up was an absolute nightmare. The owner/manager was not there. No staff. Office closed. Forced to use mobile check in while standing in the ran. Uhaul mobile check in process was glitchy. Do whatever you can to avoid this location.Brandon K.

First my location was changed right before pickup, I got to the location and couldn't find the truck and due to the place being closed no one was there to assist. I then had to call two different customer service numbers before I could get to the truck and gain access to the truck which end up making me pick up the truck almost an hr after I scheduled the pickup. I finally got the truck to my first destination to find that the dolly I paid for was not on the truck.Diemetra M.

This was an unmanned location. I had troubled accessing the vehicle. I had to make several phone call to finally get access to the truck. It did not have the dolly or blankets I had preordered in the truck. No one to talk to. I HATE UNMANNED LOCATIONS!ESTELLA S.
This location, the lady was not in the office when I was waiting to pick up the truck. Then she showed up with that attitude. I had to wait beyond my pick up appointment because the lady had to clean the truck obviously the truck was not ready and the service was unsatisfying. This location is hard to locate, it's way in the back of a business park and the door was locked when I arrived to pick up. The attendant was in another office in the building and I had to call her to get her to come to help me. Also they did not have the furniture dolly or pads I asked for. This should have been communicated earlier as I didn't have time to go pick them up. Also, getting the truck turned in was difficult as the driveway is small and on the frontage road.Raymond M.

This truck was extremely dangerous to drive. The brakes barely worked at all, tires were close to flat and not much tread. There could have been a major accident if someone was not careful driving. I would not recommend this location or Uhaul in general after this experience.Denise A.

good afternoon, I want to let you know through this way because it is impossible on the phone because I was left on hold two hours and two minutes from (12:01 pm to 2:03 pm) that today I could not rent their services due to poor attention and poor understanding, but what if they charged me on my credit card and they did not return that money because the lady told me that she could not cancel the reservation that said I did it by phone and I already explained what happened in that way, thank you very much, kindly Geiler Viva.Geiler V.
Recieved no paperwork with my truck and auto transport, transaction was run out of a car behind an office building, truck had less than a quarter of a tank, I had to disconnect and muscle an auto transport out of the way before hooking up the transport I was assigned, which turned out to be the wrong trailer after the agents at the drop off location couldn't find it in my contract. Oh, and someone left some dirty underwear and a full ashtray in the cab before me.Ian S.

Dolly reserved was not in the truck. Appliance dolly was there instead. Two dozen moving pads ordered were not in truck. Person checking out said the truck wasn't returned with any so I needed to go to another location to get the blankets. Representative was late. I had customer service call and they said they were downstairs in the cafeteria. Was late to my scheduled movers.David T.

Very unpleasant lady, made it clear she did not want to deal with me and just wanted to get it over with so she could go home. When my card didn't go through she said an expletive to show her frustration, which to me seemed very unprofessional. In regards to the vechicle the drivers seat door did not unlock with the key so I had to jump over from the passengers side. Also I wanted a dozen moving pads/blankets but this location didn't care to let me know when I had confirmed the day before. Very put off to this U-haul experience not a good look for such a big moving company. Thankfully my drop off experience was the complete opposite.Johnny P.
