Rented a 26' unit from this location on Fri. 11/7/25. Was later notified that my pickup site was changed to a location some 20 miles out of my way. Went to the second location to get the truck no one was there and the business office was locked.This was at 09:50 AM. U-Haul could not contact anyone from that office. I called the original location and was told he had the truck I needed still on the lot. Drove to that dealer and got a 20" unit because the 26" was committed after I had reserved it online. Was ultimately charged $15.00 for the "safe move" fee despite declining that coverage on the original reservation. Will still use U-Haul in the future. However, this was a lot of wasted time for me and ultimately not getting the equipment I originally contracted.

Skip LGreat little operation. Donnie was very helpful. He even helped with installing a wiring kit for my car (the closest facility that normally offers this service was 70 miles away).

HELEN SWhen i arrived no one was there. I had to call leave a message. A few minutes later the man arrived. He also told me I would get a reimbursement as I dropped the trailer off 7 hours after I picked it up.
