You could have had me fill out all of the required information prior to the pick up date and time. You can fix your app so that it doesn't take more than 30 minutes to pick up a truck. You could have told me I have within 1 hour to complete the pick up or the system will kick me out and make me rely on an old grumpy man that has no idea how to operate the app or to properly complete the pickup. Somehow my phone knows where I am all the time but your app could not get my location anywere I am and somehow your pick up and drop off are dependent on that location. ... All in all, I was told this contactless pick up was fast and easy, that you have been doing it since covid so it's no big deal. This was anything but. I will never do this again.

ALIJAH JYou may want to go in person and check this place. Muddy, small, crowded, and i had to go back and forth for minutes to get the trailer turned and dropped off. Bad customer service, Many asked the owner ( i guess the owner) where to drop the trailer, he raised up from under the dash of the truck he was working on and said, back it over there, we move it later. That was all the conversation that man had. Bad customer service looks bad for U-Haul My overall experience was terrible. Bad thing is, I rented two weeks prior from Temple and had outstanding customer service.
