Staff had to call another person not at location to set me up. It took an hour. One in particular was very rude. The truck is showing its wear for sure. Although it did its job! Driver mirror is loose. Kept pointing to the ground. Multiple times while driving i had go roll down the window to push it back up. I made my reservation elsewhere and was called and asked to switch locations. I had made my reservation weeks in advance though. I paid movers for 8pm. My reservation pick up was 7:30pm. I did not get the truck to my house until 9:30pm. Movers got an hour and a half free money. Horrible and costly experience
