I believe I was over charged. The location had no staff to take in the return. There was no staff available on the phone.

Trailer was not clean when we swept when we were done using there was broken glass in the corners and we didn’t transport anything glass! They added insurance to my bill and it wasn’t needed, working to get that corrected. Problem with the amount billed originally rented a smaller trailer and upon seeing it realized it wouldn’t be large enough, asked for the price difference and was told $24, when the bill came it was double the original amount or $297 from $141. In his defense the guy that rented the trailer to us said he was going to make it right just haven’t seen that come thru yet!
