Overall, I am decently satisfied with my FIRST experience dealing with U-Haul. I needed the truck & car dolly to transport my car back home(from Florida to Kentucky). Although it took me longer to arrive at my destination, I had no issues at all. The only thing that worried me was the speedometer being off by 2mph, which added an extra 22.3 miles on the trucks odometer at the end of my trip. I did not get charged for the 9 extra miles that was on the truck.(my max allowed milage was 661miles, at drop off my total milage was 670 miles) would recommend for sure. & every one I had spoken with was very nice & helpful. Thank you for a good experience.

Guy GThe rented 15 foot truck which was completely loaded, broke down in the middle of rush hour traffic with the most overwhelming circumtances. Thankfully a Team Ventures employee, Candace, Uhaul Manager Colin Smith and the Uhaul Roadside Assistance Team, especially Michele, all worked together to get the truck reviewed, towed and replaced within a reasonable period of time, all things considered. And I am sure I was difficult more than once but everyone graciously continued to work on my behalf. I apologize, I’m over 70 and I don’t handle these situations well. Thank you all so very much. Especially you, Colin Smith, thank you.

TRACHELLE HGreat experience!!! We had used this location about 7 months ago and met different staff with a positive experience. But today, we had the opportunity for an excellent interaction with current staff. We are older individuals that rely on paying for full service because at our age, we have minimal experience in technical gadgetry . Sad but it’s true, it’s a tough age. So, we utilize staff much to the dislike of most young people. But today, and it was a wonderful experience to be treated as valuable customers and not like a pain in the a**. Plus, we have another trip to schedule soon and we were given excellent recommendations for that move, so we will be back! Thank you!!

DEWAYNE SI was charged for 202 miles when we made one trip to Santa Rosa beach and back which is definitely not 202 miles I was charged for. I called the office yesterday and asked about the charges and was told she was working with a customer and would call me back to which she did not. Crestview to Santa Rosa beach and back is NOT 202 miles of driving!

PAMELA RRented the trailer to tow a car but when I got to the location to tow the car, spent bout an hour trying to get the strap free because it was rolled up a tangled all up. So had to get the strap free in order to use it got back to the location to complain but the location closed at 4

samuel aI won’t recommend U-Haul to anyone. I was billed for 20 miles and only used 8 miles. And my refund WAS ONLY FOR $3.50. It shows me that the your place I rented from was INCOMPETENT. And that I was CHEATED OUT OF THE CORRECT AMOUNT THAT I AM OWED .
