I took the van at 4 pm for 4 hours and when I reached there to return the van, the shop was closed, there was no instructions on the contract nor any instructions on the door that where to drop the keys and whom to contact, it took me one hour to contact U- haul support to find out what to do but unfortunately the support also didn't know what to do in this situation and then I parked the at the parking lot and took the van keys with me and went back to the shop to return the keys today, I have never expected such a bad management and unprofessionalism from a company like U-Haul, very very disappointed
