Advise the customer that they need to take pictures of the trailer prior to loading. Also, we were not told until we got there that we needed our own tie down straps for the toy hauler.

Aaron SUnfortunately I do not know the guy's name that helped me. But, he has help me with the u-haul on more than one occasion. The equipment I rent is always ready to go when I arrive. The person explains the equipment and answers any questions I have. I will rent from this location again and I will recommend to others to rent from this location.
Roy BYour personal are exceptional
Keith SNo improvement needed. Excellent service 👏
JENNIFER EI’ve never had a worse experience. And though it’s not uhauls issue. Putting an extra 1/4 tank of gas when you paid $150.00 to add gas and not see anything in return other than a guy saying “they probably won’t notice if you use the dolly” is egregious. Not to mention I returned the truck a day early. I’d rather go with budget or Penske. Pay the extra for a little decency. . There’s more but I don’t care to share
Danielle WGet more reliable internet.
Jestin RYour web response app is CRAP. My pickup location was changed, I could not access the website. I was asked to send a photo of the trailer and license plate, I could not access the website. I was sent a message regarding the return location, I could not access the website.
Debbie MVery nice and easy drop off.
Marlie SThanks for the dolly it was a big help but it had no ramp. Still no "prob".

MARK MDave as awesome really nice. The only thing I can say bad was the 15ft truck I rented needs front tires really bad tread wearing on the outside I haven't rented a truck like this before I did work for Buget after retiring but don't recall their trucks riding this bad, lots of clunking from front end. I think alittle more time spent on maintaining these trucks would help but over all we were able to do what it was ment for than you Dave.
GREGORY BDave was awesome! Made the experience easy.
ROBERT MExcellent service
GORDON KDave and another gentleman were both very nice and helpful with our needs and we got a very nice truck. Donna from the other Uhaul location guided us to check with them and everything is a team work. Thank you UhAul 🙏
CARLOS CNothing, pickup and drop-off went smoothly and quickly. Both employees were very helpful. I will be back when I need my next rental.
ROY BUse them all the time
CURTIS EHave donuts on Fridays!! Dave runs a clean and tight ship! I will always use Temp for my UHaul needs.
James HEmployee was the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered before at a place of business. Should not be dealing with the public. Have used this U-Haul location for trailers and a storage unit several times in the past but now will never be back.
MICHAEL BOn short notice we were able to rent a truck.
