I’ve never had a worse experience. And though it’s not uhauls issue. Putting an extra 1/4 tank of gas when you paid $150.00 to add gas and not see anything in return other than a guy saying “they probably won’t notice if you use the dolly” is egregious. Not to mention I returned the truck a day early. I’d rather go with budget or Penske. Pay the extra for a little decency. . There’s more but I don’t care to share

Jestin RYour web response app is CRAP. My pickup location was changed, I could not access the website. I was asked to send a photo of the trailer and license plate, I could not access the website. I was sent a message regarding the return location, I could not access the website.
