GARNER F.They were closed when I arrived in town so I waited until the next day to drop the tow dolly so I could unloaded the truck. The guy there was not welcoming and made me feel like I was intruding on his time, I felt the need to constantly apologize to him. Completely caught me off guard as I had such a great experience when I picked up the truck in Tempe. When I returned with the truck a different person was there and he was so very kind but the entire ordeal was soured by the first visit.
