The employee working at the counter was extremely dismissive and precisely the exact opposite of helpful. While I made a reservation for counter pickup, this location apparently only does self serve pickup. I had to call the 800 number for Uhaul and speak to a very helpful gentleman who assisted in getting to the bottom of this snafu. It took me almost a full hour to finally receive the key for the truck that I rented. Nothing about the rental process at this location was easy and I learned my lesson the hard way. I tried to save a little money by reserving a one way truck. But if it had to go back and do it all over again I would rent from my drop off location, which has never let me down!
