Fortunately, we made it by 0500 and used the self return. I let Yerry know we were there and even though it was only 5am he offered to come help. Appreciated but we took care of it.

Jacqueline HThe truck had 1 green trash bag full and loose clothes hangers. Then when our credit card got chaged it was 3 times more than expected. It took some doing but Melvin Brown was able to resolve the issue. Write your mileage down and pat attention to your final bill is what I've learned. I'm sure this wasn't done intentionally but it was nerve wrecking.

Gregory GFrom the email I received I was supposed to pick up on Beebe Capps in Searcy,Arkansas 72143, but when I got there they proceeded to tell me that I had to go to another location to get a truck even though they had the same size there but someone else was coming to get that one. Well I’m sorry they should’ve been made to go to the other location since they weren’t on time. I think it was BS that I didn’t get an email or call letting me know this info and inconveniencing me but you all still charged me the full price and made me go elsewhere to pick up when they had one on the lot.

Lee PI rented a tow dolly to Hope AR. one way they canceled it and rented it local.. They charged me 327.08 for what was supposed to be 138.00 They called and chewed me out said I rented it local..This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with..

The easy rental was quick and priced accordingly. I checked out other uhaul locations in the area but this location was the best. I would recommend the location to anyone looking for a friendly service. Very easy to access and drop off at. A thank you would be in order. Douglas KExtremely helpful. I ordered a smaller trailer online and when I arrived and seen it, I knew it would not do the job. The girl did not hesitate to call U-Haul to get the next larger size. Amazing how customer service can change from one location to another. Maybe they may be willing to retrain the girl at the location I dropped the trailer off at in customer service skills.
Deborah MI would skip the big places every time to do business with Terry. No one is as quick getting you hooked up and on the road.
William GMake sure the equipment is clean. Make sure your website works for 24 hour check in. We were not able to dispute anything when we checked in so we had to accept a dirty damaged truck or be stuck without one at 230am after driving driving for 12 hours with another 2 hours to go.

Joyce TI was not told the procedure for returning the truck (other than drop box location) so did not check the mileage. I’m just hoping that I got the mileage about right. The cab and storage area were both very dirty. I swept the storage area, however did not notice the food under and between the seats until I was dropping it off.

william fThe lady who helped us with the paperwork was great. She was knowledgable and worked to make the rental as smooth as possible. However, the cab of the truck was absolutely filthy and had not. been cleaned. I have never rented a truck from Uhaul before, but I can't imagine that this is what you would want your customers to experience.
Amanda BThe pick up location was easy to find and to get and out of. It was not the one I had tried to schedule my initial pick up. Instead I got a call the afternoon before saying the truck I had reserved was not available at my desired location. The uhaul system had problems with getting me dispatched, so I wasI at the location much longer than necessary. When we did finally get the okay to roll, about a mile down the road, the engine light started blinking. Turned around and was able to get a replacement truck. I was a bit behind schedule, so it didn't notice the truck was at 1/2 a tank and the right windshield wiper needed replaced. Other than these mentioned hiccups, everything went fine. Both the locale lady and the customer support were very professional and helpful. May need to look into your dispatch system to avoid future dispatch delays and you might also consider providing more of a heads up if vehicles are not available, rather than a call the day before I was lucky enough to catch between flights.
