They sent me to three different return locations. The first one wasn’t even a Uhaul dealer, the second was closed with a locked gate and the third the people were rude. One tire only had 17 lbs of air in it.

Juanita AI dropped the truck just after hours one day early, so I can't comment on the staff. But that was plenty of room to park the truck and the Dropbox for the keys was easy to find. I replied yes on those items even though I never met anyone on the staff because I had to choose something.

Ethan KThe truck was ok, someone before me had spilled a drink inside on the seats and the floor. That was no big deal, I cleaned it up. The appliance dolly and blankets were not there I had to go get them from another U-Haul place. Next time take the extra effort to clean and have all items ready for the customer so they don’t have to go get them, especially if they preordered.
