Location was difficult to find. Had no signage for Uhaul. Location was located in a short dirt alley with no street sign. Parking space was very limited. The man who received the truck was very nice & professional.ROBERT I.

The rear truck body vibrated/slapped against the cab body at 60 mph making the most awful steel on steel noise almost the entire trip. I could not hear my phone or radio. It was painful.David B.

We did not have a person on site to issue our truck and to check it back in. The truck had issues with downshifting and no one to report this to. In addition there was a 2 wheel dolly left in the back that was banging around until we opened the back door for the first time. We did not have a full tank of gas but left it with a full tank. After turning it into a person who was not affiliated with U-haul and not receiving any paperwork we received a call 2 days later asking if we were going to return the truck. It was finally straightened out and we got our final bill. Final note was upon renting the truck (everything was done online) we are asked to give our credit card number over the phone which was I was very uncomfortable doing with a stranger on the phone. We have rented several times from U-Haul and this was not the best of situations.Bill M.

Windows/mirrors very dirty and the wiper water either was out or did not work. Spent a good 30 minutes cleaning and figuring out how to adjust the mirrors so I could see.Michael J.

Less than 3 words were spoken to me upon my return...no customer check-in process. If so, we might have identified that Uhaul had bad info in their system showing this was the wrong return location. I returned to exactly the location on my contract. After seeing wrong location charge, discussed this with Christopher Ortiz on Monday who said he would take care of it and finally on 3/27/20 he was able to reverse this in your system. When my paperwork from the pickup shows the correct Drop-Off Location and your inferior software system shows something different, you are providing a horrible experience. (Plus tying up $500 of my money for over a week.)Charles S.
