Coffee spill on inside of cabfrom prior clients.
JEANNIE SThe place smelled like cigarettes. There was stuff in the cup holders. They charged me a cleaning fee when the truck was not left dirty and everything was taken out. They also charged me a fuel fee when it was returned the way it was picked up. The contract said the truck was full and it was not. I uploaded a picture and returned the gas to where it was when I picked it up. These people seemed shady and that’s the reason I even took a pic of the gas when I dropped it off.

Tim PReceptionist was efficient and nice but the person hooking the trailer up to my truck was not. When asked questions, he did not respond and when asked where I should drop the trailer off, he was very unclear.
Ralph CWe had an overall horrible experience with U-Haul. I cannot, and would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. The entire process was a nightmare from the point of booking where they moved us to a different location. The new location for pick up ended up not being open when we were scheduled to pick up. We had to move several hundred miles to a different location to pick up a trailer and then had to wait because the trailer was not available. I was on hold and in a loop on the phone system for nearly 2 hours, trying to figure things out. Every time I spoke with someone they simply transferred me back into holding and shifted the issues to the next person that spoke with me. U-Haul , unfortunately is the only option for most people and as a result, your customer service is atrocious. The phone system is an absolute joke with nobody being able to offer solutions or resolve problems.

Adam TJulian was a top notch person! He helped me and saved my travel plans and my car and my trip overall. I was in great need of a truck and trailer and he helped me problem solve to get both in a short amount of time. Then he helped me load my car onto the trailer in the Texas heat (104 degrees) and he worked late to make sure I was safe and road ready. He really went above and beyond and was so kind and professional. I am grateful - I made it across the country safe and on time because of his help!

Lee MThe truck itself was in very poor condition - old, exhaust was extremely loud, the wipers were bad and the front end was loose (needed tightening up). Also fuel gage on paperwork was wrong. The people at this location were very wonderful though.

Victor SIt wasn’t great. The people were super friendly, hooked everything up and sent us on our way. However, when I first booked the uhaul I went in and asked what size truck or trailer I would need based on x amount of furniture and boxes I had. She gave us three different options, and one of them was a 6x12 trailer. I asked would that be to small for a 1 bed 1bath apartment and she said no, it can fit a 3bed 2 bath house. We don’t have a lot of stuff, but I still didn’t feel like it would be enough room, but again she assured me it would. So that’s what we did because this was my first time moving like this so I just trusted her knowledge. Well…we didn’t have enough room. It was a disaster but we did make it to our destination okay. We just had to throw away a lot of stuff which was sad.
WAYNE LThe worst part of the U-Haul experience was not the locations, but the company itself. I did not get the size truck I asked for nor did I get the pick up location I asked for. I doubt very seriously if I will ever use U-Haul again
William MI was told by DIY Garage Uhaul to drop off the uhaul at any uhaul location in Alabama. I was charged almost $500 because uhaul was dropped off at the wrong location. The contract did not list any address for a drop off. I will never use uhaul again. Use a different company!

James MLocation did not have the appliance dolly I ordered and verified with them days ahead of my move. They told me that they wouldn't be able to get one pick up day and the female I was dealing with seemed like she really couldn't care less they messed up my reservation. She then told me I could use the normal utility dolly instead and changed my order to have that dolly instead of the appliance dolly. The utility dolly was not big enough and I instead had to purchase an appliance dolly with straps from harbor freight. This burnt up a lot of time with my movers and I will never recommend or say anything good about this location. This location cost me time and money.
