The drop off process is ridiculous. My husband and son tried using the app for drop off and could never get it to complete the drop off. Then there was a link on your website that popped up and it scammed my husband for $34 and we had to report it and have a new credit card issued. Stick to letting Real people check in the trucks not forcing people to use your app that is complicated and doesn't work

George CI couldn't get your website to upload the pictures of my license. It said 'click here' to upload a picture and when you clicked it, nothing. Other than that, my experience at this location was good.
