I turned truck and toy hauler in on 7/5/26. Went back next day to give them keys 7/6/26. Then 7/16/26 I get calls and messages I haven’t returned the toy hauler. It was purposely parked in front of other trucks and trailers together so both were returned. After taking keys in next day (opened at 830) called me at 730 wanting keys. They never checked the toy hauler in releasing me of the rental. Very unprofessional.
