The only thing that I could recommend is to put a step at the doors for easer to get in the truck. It is very hard for elderly people to get in them. It also is hard stepping up and down at the back of the truck. Thank youJOHN B.

I think the process for the pick up and return is ridiculous for the 24/7 truck rental bullshit and having to reserve for a full 24 hours when we only needed it for 5, also bullshit. Taking 100 pictures to prove who I am and you contacting my mom when saying you only needed the contact in case our rental was delayed being returned which was a lie and my mon was at work. Oh and the directions were not clear. You had to download the app in order to pick up and drop off which is not what the thing said. So Fuck it.Skylar D.

It was storming when I picked up the auto transport. So I was not able to upload any photos to the link due to heavy rain. When I got home and waited out the rain I did take photos but was not able to upload due to the link had expired. When I turned in the trailer I was asked where the rear safety chain was. I did not have it and here is the photo of the trailer when I got home. I was not charged and they disputed it at the store.Eric B.

Store clerk was rude. We turned in our trailer a couple hours after our due time. I understand paying for that time. I stated I was ok with that. He then decided to lecture me and get argumentative about how it was 2 day rate. Again I said charge me what you must. He just wanted to argue and try and talk down to me. Maybe don't lie to your customers and you'd get a better review. The man at this location told me I could "just drop it and check it in anywhere" when I asked if we could update the drop off location. I called corporate to confirm and was told I would be charged additional if I did so and was directed to a reservations manager to ACTUALLY update it. I also called him the next morning to let him know we'd realized we'd forgotten the Dolly and I didn't want to be charged for it when we returned the truck without it. He told me "It's okay, there's no Dolly on your ticket." Corporate confirmed this was ALSO A LIE and made notations on our reservation to not be charged. I do NOT recommend this pickup location.BRANDON A.
