App kept refusing to accept my pre-ride photos and documentation. I took note of some areas that may be of some concern like a small impact on the lower passenger door. Overall I wish I had gotten the van but during some point it had gotten switched. Must of been another problem with getting a van back from a renter. The U-haul team I worked with gave me the same rate but the gas usage was noticeably more expensive l. Should note there was some garbage in the driver door prior to my departure, and upon inspecting the cargo area there was dry cereal and wrappers in the back. Also wireless headphones next to drivers seat and cardboard in the cab. Good truck, good service.

Self-pickup experienced sucked. Too many steps! My 1st time, hopefully my last. I will go to the competition and pay more if there is a last minute truck issue at a location originally scheduled to pickup the rental.
Bettie HI would add a U-Haul sign to the entrance and maybe some signs to the lot indicating where to park and enter to pick the U-Haul up. It was confusing to figure out, but the representative who helped was great over the phone!
Alyssa SExplain that, even though the directions say to use the towing, it made for a bumpy ride. We found that out when we dropped off the truck and were told we did not need to use "tow on." Otherwise, it was a great experience.
Teresa MCame at my confirmed pick-up time and there was no one there to help me. The employee of the associated disc golf shop had to call the owner in. I waited 15 minutes and eventually the employee just took pictures of my card, license, and the trailer and told me the owner would complete the pick-up when he arrived and we could go. We had 10 people waiting on us to return with the trailer to start loading. How was there no one there to process the check-in when the pick-up time was confirmed two days in advance?
Maria SWe found dead roaches in the cargo area and had no choice but to use the truck as the closest was an hour+ away and wr had ti be out of our house that day. U-Haul has been hard to reach and unhelpful finding a resolution.
Sean DKey location is hard to find, minimal signage showing where to go. Rental units are on opposite end of the building.
