How U-Haul Reviews WorkApp kept refusing to accept my pre-ride photos and documentation. I took note of some areas that may be of some concern like a small impact on the lower passenger door. Overall I wish I had gotten the van but during some point it had gotten switched. Must of been another problem with getting a van back from a renter. The U-haul team I worked with gave me the same rate but the gas usage was noticeably more expensive l. Should note there was some garbage in the driver door prior to my departure, and upon inspecting the cargo area there was dry cereal and wrappers in the back. Also wireless headphones next to drivers seat and cardboard in the cab. Good truck, good service.
Curtis NSelf-pickup experienced sucked. Too many steps! My 1st time, hopefully my last. I will go to the competition and pay more if there is a last minute truck issue at a location originally scheduled to pickup the rental.
Bettie HI would add a U-Haul sign to the entrance and maybe some signs to the lot indicating where to park and enter to pick the U-Haul up. It was confusing to figure out, but the representative who helped was great over the phone!
Alyssa SExplain that, even though the directions say to use the towing, it made for a bumpy ride. We found that out when we dropped off the truck and were told we did not need to use "tow on." Otherwise, it was a great experience.
