Office was dirty, had a foul smell, had fly traps hanging from the ceiling. Employee/owner was unfamiliar with the system. Process was much slower than other locations (centers). Had to call when bringing trailer back. Gave plenty of notice, but still had to wait for employee/owner to get to location to complete my return. Ended up having to complete my return for the owner/employee using my phone while he was on the phone for a different job/business. I was given access to return my rental which gave me access to all rentals from that day. Very unprofessional experience and will not return.

If you're arriving at night to drop off, its a little scratchy. Needs more lighting and to be cleaner.
