I had a hard time with the mobile app and had to log in using the uhaul website. Once I did that the process was easy. Your instructions say that you need the mobile app in order to take care of this. I would say I wasted about 20 minutes using the app. I had to call customer service, who was very pleasant and solve my problem. Immediately bottom line you should not push the mobile app if it doesn’t work it’s very frustrating. We almost left.

CAMILO GThere was a problem with trailer clearance lights. The manager came out fixed the problem. He went above and beyond.
DELBERT CAllow an option to pick the trailer in regards to a ramp door or barn style. Also make sure to have trailer security locks available to rent or buy.
KENNETH TTrailer was great. Driveway can only get into it from one direction with trailer on but would be difficult to get a different angle of approach to it.
William CI would like to point out that the first location, where I rented the truck, the lady was not there, it was dirty, and the truck I ordered was not even there……this is the only reason I had to call Uhaul and go to another location after wasting 30 minutes of my time and then driving to another location to get my truck. Very frustrating
