Brandon was an excellent representative to deal with. We had a spur of the moment need and were lucky enough to get just the truck we needed, especially since it was in the Memorial Day weekend. If he hadn’t been able to accommodate us, he was already thinking of other areas to explore. When we had trouble with the app at turn-in, he again went the extra mile to help us out on the Sunday evening of the holiday. U-Haul has always come through for us and we’d highly recommend this facility and staff.

Egbert FThe problem I have is with U-Haul, not the location. First, it’s ridiculous they charge you more for a ONE way drop off than to drive it somewhere and have to drive it back (EMPTY)! It’s quite the rip off when you call and tell them you’re having mechanical problems with your vehicle and need to change the original drop off plans. They’re going to charge me double for wanting to drop off when I got to my destination. Really…… mechanical problems. The brakes needed work on the trailer!! It would jerk every time I pushed my brakes. The trailer needed work!! NEVER USE U-HAUL!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!
