Awful. Rented an appliance dolly as well that just was not in the truck which screwed up my entire move. No option to increase mileage for the rental. I had two locations to grab and move into one-ended up with a $80 overage bill. $1 per mile? Ridiculous. Last time I ever use a uhaul or recommend one to anyone.
