The box leaked during transport in rain storm and got mattress wet. Boxes were wet and were hard to handle. Let the drop off know about leaks and was not very concerned

Make sure the chains are not dragging and all tires are in good shape. Had a flat tire an hour on the road and had to wait 2 hours for road service.

Person who helped us was really good. She helped us when U-Haul people just put me on hold. The equipment needs serious attention. Our personal items were wet when we arrived to our destination!!! Terrible performance by U-Haul.

Ej the manager was very nice and helpful, we will be using this place again in 3 weeks. From the first phone call to picking up the truck everything went very smooth. Check in was easy and quick and check out was the same. Highly recommend this haul to all my family and friends.
