I had originally rented a u-haul in Flushing. Later I received a phone call that there has been a mistake the truck will not be available on this date. Option was to go to Burton to pick up a u-haul or change my date. I expressed that is quite a big difference in miles from Flushing to Burton. Manager was able to give me a discount. Upon arrival in Burton we explained the inconvenience of this situation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this U-Haul store to friends and family.
